Not really expecting these to sell here on Mav, but thought I'd give it a go before resorting to that auction site.
Bought brand new from Jack at BD Audio 9 years ago (almost to the day!). In excellent condition, with original wooden crates.
Sound absolutely sublime. But don't expect subterranean bass - treat the downward-firing horn as an upper-bass horn only.
Clearly easy to drive. My favourite match to date has been a Pass Labs XA30.8, though all the SETs I've tried (e.g.
Thöress 300B) have also sounded very nice.
My understanding is that the current list price is around £38,000 (difficult to know for sure, as no UK dealer any more). I'm looking for £14k. (Sorry, but the price is firm, as I'm perfectly happy to hang on to these.)
Why am I selling? Well, because the room in the pic is actually my office in town, and clearly, these are total over-kill for background music as I work 😉.
